A nearby place to rest at the end of a day between Taksim Square, the Gümüşsuyu slope and Dolmabahçe. How to add a spa break to the route.
· 4 min read
Gümüşsuyu is the neighbourhood between Taksim Square and Dolmabahçe on the Bosphorus shore. Walking downhill from the square along İnönü Avenue, you reach it within a few minutes. Lilyum Spa Gümüşsuyu is here, inside Aspera Hotel Taksim on Miralay Şefik Bey Street.
Start the day with Taksim Square and İstiklal Avenue, then walk down through Gümüşsuyu to Dolmabahçe in the afternoon. The palace visit and a walk along the shore mean a long time on your feet. On the way back up the hill, the spa break comes right after the most tiring part of the day.
After a long day of walking, starting with a hammam ritual warms and relaxes the body. If you have time, choose a package that follows the hammam with a massage. If you only want a short break, 30-minute sessions such as the Reflexology Massage or the Medical Back Massage are also on the menu.
Lilyum Spa Gümüşsuyu is open every day from 09:00 to 23:00. Museum and palace visits usually end in the afternoon, so late afternoon and early evening suit a post-sightseeing session. We recommend sending your request before the day of your visit so your preferred time can be held.
The spa is open to guests who are not staying at the hotel. Book through the website or message our team on WhatsApp. Towels, a peştamal and slippers are provided, so you only need your personal belongings.
Choose your treatment, pick an available time. Your confirmation comes straight through on WhatsApp.
